Our refund policy affects your legal rights on payment transactions between you and psOptimizer.com

Refunds Procedure

All of our customers are entitled to an effortless refund procedure.
If you get in touch with us within the first 14 days of your initial first purchase as a new client, noting you don’t want to continue using our service, you will be refunded 100% of the received payment.

Our refund policy does not apply to customers who previously received a refund.
You can not apply for a refund if you had plan upgrade or downgrade.

Refund requests send later that 14 days since the date of purchase will be reviewed and honored but no later that 20 days, however payment processing fees may apply. If you make the financial choice to part with our services keep in mind that:

  • The Google PageSpeed insights will significantly drop which may affect your overall conversion rate and search engine ranking.
  • You will lose the edge over your competition.
  • Your clients will notice the change in loading time and overall site performance.
  • Your hosting resources will begin depleting faster once Optimizer stops caching your content.
  • You will have to manually remove Optimizer once the refund is finalized.
